At Colina Creative Hub, we provide creative services, studio hire, photography, video production,
podcast recording, branding support, and subscription-based creative packages. Because bookings
reserve studio time, equipment, staff, and production resources, this Refund & Cancellation Policy
explains when refunds may or may not apply.
This policy applies to all bookings, subscriptions, packages, studio hire, photography sessions,
podcast production, consultations, and digital deliverables booked through Colina Creative Hub.
1. General Booking Policy
All bookings made through Colina Creative Hub are considered confirmed once payment, deposit,
or subscription activation has been completed.
- Studio time is reserved specifically for you
- Creative professionals and resources may be allocated
- Booking slots may become unavailable to other customers
- Preparation may begin before your appointment date
2. Deposits & Advance Payments
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless Colina Creative Hub cancels the booking.
Deposits secure:
- Studio availability
- Staff allocation
- Equipment preparation
- Scheduling and production planning
Deposits may be transferable to another booking date where permitted under this policy.
3. Studio Hire Refund Policy
Cancellation 7+ Days Before Booking
- Eligible for rescheduling or account credit
- Refund requests may be approved at management discretion
Cancellation 3–6 Days Before Booking
- Up to 50% refund may be issued
- Remaining amount retained for scheduling losses
Cancellation Within 72 Hours
- No refund
- Rescheduling may be offered once, subject to availability
No-Show
- No refund or credit
4. Photography, Video & Podcast Production
Cancellation 7+ Days Before Session
- Eligible for partial refund or rescheduling
Cancellation Within 7 Days
- Non-refundable
- Credit may be issued at discretion
Same-Day Cancellation
- No refund
Completed Services
Once a session has taken place, refunds are not available.
Creative work includes:
- Shooting time
- Editing time
- Production setup
- Staff allocation
- Content preparation
Because creative work is personalized, refunds cannot be granted after delivery has started.
5. Subscription Package Refund Policy
This includes:
- Photo Studio Hire Subscriptions
- Podcast Production Subscription
- Monthly or Quarterly Creative Packages
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- Current month remains active
- No partial refund for unused sessions
Quarterly Plans
- Discounted pricing reflects commitment period
- Non-refundable after activation
- Early cancellation does not generate prorated refund
Missed Subscription Sessions
- Unused sessions do not automatically roll over
- Sessions may expire according to package terms
- Unused sessions are non-refundable
6. Extras & Add-Ons
Extras purchased during booking are non-refundable once confirmed.
Examples include:
- Additional camera setup
- Extra studio hours
- Editing upgrades
- Branding add-ons
- Social media content upgrades
7. Digital Products & Delivered Files
Once digital content has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
This includes:
- Edited photography
- Video exports
- Podcast files
- Branding assets
- Graphic content
- Downloadable media
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final once delivery occurs.
8. Client Delays & Missed Appointments
Late arrival may reduce session time.
If a client:
- Arrives late
- Fails to attend
- Misses their booking window
No refund will apply.
9. Business Cancellation Policy
If Colina Creative Hub cancels due to:
- Equipment failure
- Staff illness
- Venue issue
- Emergency circumstances
Customers may receive:
- Full refund
- Rescheduled booking
- Booking credit
10. Force Majeure
Refunds are not guaranteed for events outside reasonable control.
- Extreme weather
- Power outage
- Government restrictions
- Transport disruption
- Illness outbreaks
- National emergencies
Rescheduling may be offered where possible.
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Colina Creative Hub first before initiating a chargeback.
False or abusive disputes may result in:
- Booking restrictions
- Account suspension
- Collection of unpaid balances
12. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.
